Hyoin Kim earned his master’s degree at Brooklyn College, New York and later his doctorate in Music Education at Temple University. After earning his doctorate, Hyoin came to Bethesda University at 2000 and taught music and general education classes as an adjunct faculty. From 2008, he worked as Online director, Dean of Students, Chair of Music and Chief Academic Officer. And now he is serving as a Chief Enrollment Officer.
